Capital flows and demand for property, acquisition and divestment: the process, develop your modelling and analysis skills, portfolio construction, strategic planning for a fund
Day 2: Due Diligence and Structuring
Structures for holding property: legal issues, due diligence, financing the purchase
Day 3: Prepare your confident group pitch and present to the panel
Apply the learnings from the previous two days and prepare your group presentations to an industry panel
